    来个AR Ride吧!关于动态恢复的重要性

    「AR Ride」这个词对于投入训练的车友们肯定不陌生,AR正是Active Recovery(动态恢复)的缩写。随着科学训练的导入,对于骑士本身的休息与恢复也逐渐受到重视。毕竟我们是人不是机器,长时间维持高强度的训练的负担是无法想像,适当的休息可以让肌肉得以修复,也能避免疲劳所造成的厌恶感。

    休息是人生里头的关键一课,不论是工作还是训练都需正视

    相信时常关注赛事的车友们会发现每一位选手在通过终点后,在简单补充水分与营养后变会马上跨上训练台。你可能会怀疑,不是才刚结束高强度的赛事,还要继续踩台不会太累吗?其实这些选手们并非膏太满没地方释放而是以Zone 1的强度来提高乳酸的代谢速度,才能持续面对隔天的赛程。

    确实,就算你训练完后什么都不做,乳酸也会慢慢的代谢掉,然而当你进行中高强度且长时间的训练,所需要的恢复时间也将随之提升。这样的「被动恢复」对于追求进步的车友或是选手来说,在效率上是远远不足的,因此这样作法已经渐渐的被动态恢复给取代。

    什么都不做,其实乳酸也会自动代谢,但效率相对低上许多

    这种约莫30至90分钟低强度的骑乘,乍听之下似乎对于骑乘表现没什么帮助,但其实不然。这样的极低强度能有效的促进血液循环,进而提升身体代谢速度,将养份输送至因训练所破坏的肌肉,借此来提高修复速度。根据研究指出,在运动后,静态恢复组的白血球的下降程度比动态恢复组有更显著的下降,因此可以证实,动态恢复也能有效的改善高强度运动对免疫系统的不良影响。

    那假如你今天决定要来个AR Ride,那么有些要点必须牢记。首先你的目标是恢复而非训练,关键是「低」强度。因此当您完成骑乘后,不应该有任何的疲倦感。当然,每个人对于疲劳的定义还是会有所差异,建议可以佩戴心律带来确保骑乘时的心律不会超过最大心率的50%,或者使用Zwfit、Rouvy等内建的恢复课表来完成。

    不得高于55%FTP或是68%最大心律,否则就没有恢复的意义了

    但也别因为是低强度骑乘而忽略外在环境的影响。除了适时且适当的补充能量和水分外,更避免在过热或是过冷的条件下骑乘。在面临极端的环境,身体出于保护机制会给予身体更多的指令,不仅是肌肉甚至头脑也必须持续高速运转,这样一来便会造成过多压力。这样的操作下反而让身体更趋疲惫,动态恢复的的效果将大打折扣。

    哪天当你觉得训练强度总是上不去;又或者每次想到训练就觉得烦闷,你要思考的并不是该如何加重课表或是偷懒,而是有没有可能没有让身体得到充分的休息。该Easy的时候就要认真Easy,休息是为了走更长远的路。

    既然决定要AR Ride,那就真的诚信休闲骑,不要在那边乱抽

    不过动态恢复这样的课表安排,比较适合菁英选手或是长期维持训练的市民组车友。假如你一周只骑个两到三天,不需要增加乳酸代谢速度,那么其实待在家里好好的睡一觉,用筋膜枪舒缓肌肉即可。

    一般假日骑士其实不太需要AR课表,好好睡一觉比较实在
