昂贵的会员费让你对健身兴趣缺缺吗?担心需要器材辅助的动作做不出来吗?谁说器材一定要花钱,每个人家裡附近都有的「公园」就是最天然、免费的健身中心喔!做训练再也不用上健身房啦!
今天请到我们街头健身达人Vic来为大家做教学,示范的动作是不管平时有没有在训练的每个朋友都可以做到的动作喔!
一般训练主要都是胸、背、腿,初学者建议12~15下一组,一个动作做3组就可以囉!
一、反式划船
训练部位:背肌跟二头肌
动作讲解:找矮一点的单槓,把脚往前伸,核心收紧,身体打直,做划船动作。

步骤一、抓着栏杆躺下

步骤二、撑起身体

细节注意:胸口贴近栏杆

细节注意:身体打直,维持直线
二、双槓撑体
训练部位:胸、三头肌、肩膀
动作讲解:使用平行槓,下去的时候手肘略小于九十度,撑起来的时候不要耸肩,要含胸、把肩颊骨往下推出去。

步骤一、使用平行槓撑起身体,勿耸肩

步骤二、手肘弯曲,身体往下,下半身不动。

细节注意:手肘略小于九十度
三、分腿蹲
训练部位:腿部
动作讲解:利用较低的设施,前弓后箭,类似弓箭步的姿势,将重心放在前脚的脚掌和脚跟之间。

步骤一、前弓后箭,上身打直

步骤二、向下,前脚弯曲呈九十度

细节注意:重心放在脚掌和脚跟之间,不可放脚尖

细节注意:弯曲时,大小腿间呈九十度
这三个动作看似简单,训练强度可不小,像这样基本的动作,连训练两三年的达人Vic都还是会当作基础练习在训练。
